God's reason for the people in my life.

I honestly think that God puts people and places in your life to teach or to change your life. As I think of all the important people in my life, I know now why God wanted these people in my life.

So here is my list... Part 1

Ty- to be my husband and soul mate in life. To teach not to worry and to express my emotions. To teach me about marriage and how to love one another.

My Parents- to provide me with a safe environment, to teach me from right and wrong, and to love unconditionally.

Brian (Brother)- to experience the joy of having a sibiling. How to nuture and be protective of one another.

Terri & Bob- to show me faith and to welcome me into their family.

Kacie- how to be strong and independent. I never had a biological sister, but I consider Kacie to be a sister, not a sister-in-law.

Tucker- to show me life through a child's eyes. To be silly and play.

Stephen- to tell me life is short and not to waste a minute. Every second is precious and to live my life to the fullest.

Marie- to laugh and be silly. To trust in someone who is not a family member, to have a friend through thick and thin.

Erica- to renew my faith and relationship with God. To share the same beliefs in our religion and to talk with me and help me build a strong relationship with God.

My list could go on and on, but I don't want you to be reading for hours or even days! So I will stop there!

Thankful Blog #2

I am thankful for my family and friends! They are amazing, each person in my life has taught me so many valuable things about life in general. God has a place for everything and everyone. He has you meet people, to show your other ways of living, he allows you to go places to show you the world. The power of God works in mysterious ways, we may not understand 'why' at the exact moment, but we will later in life. Recently renewing my relationship with God and going public has made me see things in a whole new prespective. I honestly believe that "everything happens for a reason." Either to teach us a lesson or lead us in life. My family excepts me for who I am and loves me nconditionally. My friends tell me that I am a caring and trustworthy person. I could not imagine my life with our my the love and support for my family and Friends.

Being Thankful

They say November is the month to give thanks for those who you are thankful for, hence Thanksgiving, right! So I am going to try to post something once a week that I am thankful for until the end of November, I said try, so don't hold it against me, if I am not able to do once a week, I am new at this, so I will do my best!

Thankful Blog #1

I am truly thankful for so many things, I am thankful for my husband, my family, my friends, my life and GOD! One of the most recent things that has happened to me is such a blessing! I was recently saved and I went forward during the hymn of invitation at church this past Sunday, it was an amazing experience. I am so thankful to start my "new" relationship with God and follow him as he guides me through the rest of my life! I always believed in God, but it was until a few months ago, I started to become more curious about my personal relationship with him. I started attending church every Sunday and started reading the bible every night. One night on the way home with my mother-in-law, Terri, from a church event called Girlfriends, we started discussing the process of being saved and why it was so important to go forward. I told her that I a few weeks prior, I had the feeling in my heart from God, telling me to let go of all the stress and let God take control, she was so happy that I had this experience and that Saturday, Terri and I sat down and we both prayed together for me to be saved and to forgive me of my sins. The next morning at church the sermon was about the your birth certificate, not the birth certificate you receive when you are born, but your spiritual birth certificate, how amazingly enough, God was speaking to me about being saved and going forward to receive my spiritual birth certificate! I am thankful that I have a relationship with God!
